TRADITIONAL TURKISH CUISINE

Home-cooked food as we do at home in Istanbul. If you were to visit us at home, that’s exactly what you’d be served.

Food is prepared in advance: each dish takes for 1 to 3 hours, just as we do at home.

Most of our food is vegan, but we serve fish, poultry and meat as well.

Menu changes frequently: what’s fresh, what’s our mood, and what the season brings. Expect something different every time.
